Joseph Bezzina
In 1987 with the love and encouragement of my family, I have been attempting to devote some time to my three main
passions in life; the family, painting and the Australian landscape.
The Australian landscape, with it rugged bushlands as always been an inspiration to me. The Sydney waterways
are also a great source of material. I have been fortunate to live in the vicinity of water and around the
fringes of the southern National Parks.
I have undertaken two courses since 1987. One being the outdoor landscape class at the Royal Art Society under
the instruction of Allan Hansen FRAS. The second in 1993/94 at St. George TAFE where I completed my Certificate
Fine Arts with Distinction and was also honoured with the Highest Achievement Award.
I have since been elevated to a Fellow member of the Royal Art Society..
