Richard Bogusz

Richard was born in Europe 1947. His family migrated to Australia in 1952. He spent his formative years in rural Victoria, moving to Melbourne in his early twenties. As a semi abstract artist working in oils and acrylic, Richard began painting professionally in 1971. He has painted full time since then.

Essentially and deliberately self taught so as not to interfere with his imaginative and creative flow, which is abundant and vital as the first day he picked up a paint brush. It would be hard to imagine just how many of his very individual paintings grace private and public walls throughout the world. His works are represented in Monash University, Diamond Valley Council Victoria and Parliament House Cyprus, with private collections in Australia, UK, USA, France, Germany, Israel and Canada.
