Sandra Forbes

Born in 1943, in the picturesque coastal town of Wonoona, NSW Australia. Painting traditional Rural and Coastal settings, Sandra's work has been acclaimed as capturing the character, beauty and mood of the Australian landscape.

She enjoys painting on location whenever possible, believing this allows her to capture the particular atmosphere of each location. Undoubtedly, these characteristics are what have attracted many local and overseas collectors to her work. Since starting a professional painting career in 1987, Sandra has won over 40 awards, many of which have been first prize.
